To cancel a Belong2It service, call our office at 1-317-773-8242 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday (except holidays).

To cancel a free Belong2It service, use our e-mail contact form at http://www.Belong2It.com/About/Contact.asp, and select the Customer Service issue type.

In both cases, you must provide the following:

The exact name of the service that you want to cancel

Your Belong2It User Name

Refunds for Subscriptions

Belong2It subscribers are subject to the following penalties under the cancellation policy:

If you cancel within 30 days of your subscription join date, you will be refunded 100% of the total fee charged for the service.

If you cancel 31 - 60 days after the subscription join date, you will be refunded 50% of the total fee charged for the second month of service.

If you cancel past 60 days of service, your account will be cancelled, but you will not be entitled to a refund.

Domain name registration
Annual domain name registration fees are non-refundable.
