The following features are included in the base package of Belong2It. Please remember that these are BASE features. Depending on your needs our system is fully customizable.

Content Management

• Belong2It conforms to your website’s design.  As part of the setup fee, we create a Belong2It Template for your site that matches your existing website.
• Create an unlimited number of web pages.
• Upload images to use on your pages using the Belong2It Image Manager.
• Customize the Belong2It Email Templates:
• Welcome Letter – automatically sent after registration.
• Lost Password – automatically sent if a password is lost.
• Order Confirmation – automatically sent after an order is placed.
• Non-Payment Notice – automatically sent when a re-occurring subscription could not be collected.
• Future Payment Notice – automatically sent to a member before the subscription is due.

Membership Management

To take advantage of ecommerce, you must apply for an Internet Merchant Account.  We can help you with the process.  If you do not wish to apply for an Internet Merchant Account, we suggest that you use PayPal to receive payments.

Event Management

• Integrated calendaring application into your website.
• Year, Month, Week, Day views.
• Create re-occurring events.
• Specify name, cost, location, description, URL, date/time of event.
• Specify if event requires registration.  If so, a registration form will display for the members.
• Create a product in your store to sell tickets using the ecommerce system.

Reporting

• Membership Report – view a list of all members.  Filter by membership type.
• New Members Report – view a list of all new members within 30 rolling days.  Filter by membership type.
• Sales Report – view a list of all sales of a product during a given date range.  For example, if you sold tickets to an event, run this report before the event to get a list of all members that should be allowed admission.
• Subscription Report –view a list of all members that selected a given subscription.

Permissions/Security

• Integrated security model to allow you maximum control over your organization’s security. 
• Assign a sub-set of users “administrative” privileges.
• For each administrator, assign which web site functions that person has access to.
• For each membership type, assign which users have access to Add/Edit/Delete.

Belong2It is a hosted application.  There is no need for you to install any software on your personal computer or on your web server.  These features are included in our base package.  Depending on your needs, we can create a custom package for you.  From shared servers to dedicated servers, or from selling you a license of Belong2It, to do with it, as you like, we have a solution for you.
