Revenue Avenue, for example, provides your contact information to affiliate program owners only with your consent so they can respond to specific customer requests to join their affiliate networks. Without this relationship, Revenue Avenue could not provide its service to you. These uses of personal information are primary to the operation of the site.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging and delivering purchases and other mailings, providing customer service, performing statistical analysis of our services, or providing other essential elements of the site. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the product or service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. For example, Belong2It shares your personal information with third parties to collect and merge your personal information into your Belong2It profile for an improved and personalized customer experience on this Web site. As a part of the Belong2It Banner Network affiliate program, Belong2It Banner Network service shares your banner ad content with other affiliates in the program, however, no personal information is shared with affiliates as a part of the banner ad content.

Control of your Personal Information

As part of your participation in any of the Wolfe Developments services, Wolfe Developments allows you to elect to receive certain information and e-mail from Wolfe Developments and its service partners. There are two types of information sent to Belong2It, customers: 1) account specific information; and, 2) promotional and customer feedback information.

Account specific communications include information that is essential for the Belong2It service to operate properly. This includes the initial welcome mail describing features and guides to a particular service. It also includes any communications describing any changes or updates to a particular service or billing schedule. Because account specific communications are essential to providing the customer with the most current information on Belong2It services these types of communications will be sent to all Belong2It customers when appropriate. These types of communications are considered an essential part of the service for which you have signed-up for and you will not be able to unsubscribe from such mailings.

Promotional and customer feedback information includes special promotional offers, sweepstakes, contests, and/or customer surveys. For this type of information, the customer has the ability to opt-in or opt-out from receiving this type of information. The customer also has the ability to change their opt-in/out preferences at any time, either by changing their personal information, described in the next section, or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each mailing.

Please be aware that this Privacy Statement and the choices you make on this site will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to Wolfe Developments in the context of other, separately operated, Wolfe Developments products or services.

Changes to your Personal Information

You may update, edit or delete the personal information you have shared with Wolfe Developments, at any time when you are on the Belong2It Web site, from within your Belong2It Membership Manager by clicking the "Organization" link.

If you have chosen to receive information from Belong2It and then at a later date decide you do not wish to continue receiving such information, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions in the e-mail. If are not currently receiving Belong2It information and you would like to, you can do so by the following the instructions outlined below. For all Wolfe Developments services, you can make changes to your personal information through the "Organization" page in the Membership Manager. To do this:

1. From the homepage, log into your account by entering your username and password.
2. From the Membership Manager page, click the "Organization" link.
3. Now click the "Administrator Profile" to modify your information and click the save button to save the changes.

Security of your Personal Information

Wolfe Developments secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Belong2It secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number and other financial information) is transmitted over the Internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Security of your Company's and Customers' Information you share with Wolfe Developments As a part of some of Wolfe Developments services, you can choose to store your customer's and their company information on Belong2It's servers. Belong2It secures your customer's information on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Wolfe Developments will not use your customer contact list or any other customer information for any other purposes than those intended with the service, nor will your customer information be shared with any other parties. Belong2It will not use your customer information for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial e-mail.

Belong2It collects statistics on your specific company's customer's behavior in regards to their use of the Belong2It service on your behalf and reported to you in the aggregate. In general, no personally identifiable information is collected.

Use of Cookies

To make it easy and convenient for you to login to our services, the Wolfe Developments site does require you to enable cookies to utilize our services. Because we use cookies, you can bookmark your Wolfe Developments start page and access your account without logging in.

Use of Web Beacons
