Jodi Marshall - Williams Realty Group

"I love dealing with Sally," said Jodi Marshall of the Williams Realty Group, which specializes in long-term retail, industrial and office rentals in the Indianapolis area and Kentucky. "She's always right on it when it comes to our gifting needs."

Williams Realty Group uses Alexandria's Gift Baskets about 40 or 50 times a year, plus Christmas. 

"At Christmas, Sally wraps and hand delivers a Grandma's Coffee Cake to each of our 200 or so tenants," says Marshall. The company used to buy them directly from the manufacturer and have them shipped, but Sally is able to package and hand deliver them for the same price. "We get better service without spending any more money," Marshall said. "Who doesn't like that?"
   

During the rest of the year, Williams Realty Group sends gift baskets to new and renewing tenants. "They're packaged beautifully, and it's totally convenient for me," Marshall said. "I just pick up the phone, talk to Sally, and it's done." 

Over the years, tenants have written lots of letters to the company thanking them for the gift baskets, so Marshall knows the program is a valued part of Williams Realty's customer relations management program. "It works beautifully for us," she said.
